These Terms govern your use of the TicketKarle platform, including our website (ticketkarle.in) and mobile application.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make bookings. By using our platform, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ticketkarle.in of any unauthorised use.

3. Booking & Ticketing

All bookings are subject to availability and operator confirmation. TicketKarle acts as a booking intermediary. Passenger details must be accurate — incorrect details may result in denied boarding. E-tickets must be presented at boarding.

4. Payments

All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). TicketKarle does not store card details. In case of payment failure, do not rebook until confirming the original transaction was not charged.

5.Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the platform. Refunds depend on the bus operator's policy. TicketKarle's convenience fee is non-refundable. Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

TicketKarle is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by the bus operator or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid by the user.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from fraudulent activity, misusing the platform, or providing false information. TicketKarle reserves the right to cancel bookings and suspend accounts found in violation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sundargarh, Odisha.

9. Amendments

TicketKarle may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
