Booking a ticket is simple. Enter your source city, destination city, and travel date on the home screen. Select a bus from the available options, choose your preferred seat, complete the payment, and receive an instant e-ticket via SMS and email.

Yes. TicketKarle provides an interactive seat map for every bus. You can view available and occupied seats and select your preferred seat before completing the booking.

Yes. You can book multiple seats in a single transaction. Each passenger’s details — name, age, and gender — will be required during the booking process.

Yes. You may book tickets on behalf of another person. Please ensure that the traveller’s name and details are entered accurately, as these will appear on the e-ticket.

Payments

TicketKarle accepts a wide range of secure payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and popular digital wallets.

Yes. All transactions on TicketKarle are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

In the event of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited from your account, the amount will typically be auto-reversed within 5–7 business days. If not, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number for immediate assistance.

Tickets & Confirmation

Yes. Upon successful booking, you will receive a digital e-ticket via SMS, email, and within the TicketKarle app. No physical printout is required — simply show your e-ticket at the time of boarding.

If you do not receive your ticket within 30 minutes of booking, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still unavailable, contact our support team with your registered mobile number or booking reference number.

Cancellation & Refunds

Yes. Tickets can be cancelled directly through the TicketKarle app or website. Applicable cancellation charges, as per the bus operator’s policy, will be displayed before you confirm the cancellation.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Rescheduling options depend on the individual bus operator’s policy. Please contact our support team for assistance with rescheduling requests.

Boarding & Travel

We recommend arriving at your designated boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

In the event of a bus cancellation or significant delay caused by the operator, TicketKarle will process a full refund to your original payment method. You will be notified via SMS and email.
