Operator-Initiated Cancellations

If the bus is cancelled by the operator, TicketKarle will process a full refund automatically. You will be notified via SMS and email

Partial Cancellations

You may cancel individual seats from a multi-seat booking without cancelling the entire booking. Applicable charges apply per seat.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Bookings cancelled after scheduled departure, no-shows at the boarding point, and tickets cancelled in violation of these Terms are non-refundable.
